My name is Reiss, I developed my love for training around the age of 14, when I first went to the gym with my uncle, who introduced me to weight training…. this quickly evolved into a passion for helping others reach their own fitness goals and before I knew it, the gym was the only place I wanted to be!
Seeing physical and mental results each and every week soon became an addiction, being able to channel feelings into a positive outlet, and turn negativity into fuel was a real turning point in my life. Wanting to take things further, I entered my first bodybuilding show when I was 17, winning the NABBA Mr. UK Junior’s class in 2015, I have since competed and won several more bodybuilding shows, my eyes are now set on achieving my IFBB Pro Card within the next few years….
